Deliveries
Please check all print deliverys, if there is any damage contact us in 48hrs, our deliverys are sent in 5 - 7 working days, if by 10 days it has not turned up please let us know
Returns
Products damaged in transit must be noted at the time of delivery, documented on the delivery note and delivery refused. It is the customer's responsibility to check the Products for damage with the delivery driver and to notify us of any damages within 48hours. We will not accept claims for Products damaged in transit that were signed for as being in good condition.
If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within 48 hours of your receipt of the goods, it is your responsibility to arrange shipment back to us. We will issue a refund less a 25% restocking charge unless they are faulty from the manufacture
We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 48 hours of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing
